Refund policy

Bina Baby is committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with every order. Should you need to return a product, please refer to our return policy outlined below.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed.
  • Items should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at info@binababy.co.za.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a return, you can contact us at info@binababy.co.za.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@binababy.co.za.

Faulty products
If you’ve received a faulty product, please refrain from using or wearing it. Kindly email us at info@binababy.co.za with photos or proof of the fault so we can assist you. Once the issue has been confirmed, we’ll gladly offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit for the value of the original item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
